Deposits, cancellations, and appointment-specific terms are covered separately on the Booking Policies page — that page takes precedence for anything booking-related.

We do our best to keep the site and booking system available and accurate, but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free — for example, available slots may occasionally change or be affected by technical issues outside our control.
