What we collect

When you book an appointment, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and — if you choose home service — your home address. That's the full extent of what's collected; there are no hidden fields, no account creation, and no data gathered beyond what the booking form itself asks for.

Why we collect it

Solely to fulfil your booking: to confirm your appointment, contact you about it, send reminders, and — for home visits — know where to come. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with anyone beyond the services below.

Who else touches it

A few trusted third-party services process parts of this on our behalf, each only for what they need to do their job:

• Stripe — processes your deposit payment. We never see or store your card details ourselves.
• Resend — delivers our booking confirmation and reminder emails.
• Vercel and Neon — host the website and store booking data securely.

Cookies

This site doesn't use any tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookie in use is a secure session cookie for Bimbs Artistry's own admin login — it's never set for visitors booking an appointment.

How long we keep it

Booking details are kept for as long as needed for appointment history and accounting records, after which they may be removed on request.

Your rights & contact

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by messaging us on Instagram.
